Steps for Development of your Personal Growth

I may tell you that personal growth primarily involves two aspects:
  • Mental Growth
  • Physical Growth
For your personal growth, you need to develop both of these simultaneously. I mean to say that, both these aspects imply each other equally i.e. you cannot grow just by following one of these.

STEPS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH:
  • For Mental Growth:
  1. Read anything that makes you worth reading.
  2. Solve some mathematical/analytical/logical problems.
  3. Get indulged in intellectual discussions.
  4. Learn something new everything for maintaining mental stability.
  5. Do Meditation at least 10 minutes regularly.
  6. Solve Rubik’s cube.
  7. Stay acquainted with what’s happening these days.
  • For Physical Growth:
  1. Eat a Healthy Diet (Eating a healthy diet means minimizing your intake of fat, sugar and sodium).
  2. Avoid Alcohol, Drugs and Tobacco.
  3. Get Moving and Stay Moving.
  4. Avoid resting just after having your meals.
  5. Avoid oily foodstuffs.
  6. Exercise daily.
  7. Try Strength Training by joining Gyms and Fitness Clubs.
One famous quote by Bruce Lee is very inspiring, 
“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.” 
Hence, I can only say that, if we devote time in developing ourselves by giving it the higher priority than any other thing in this world, we can taste the SUCCESS!!!

NOTE: I really do follow most of the points mentioned above. But there are some points which I don’t follow now, but I need to follow those for my personal growth.
